Refund & Exchange Policy – Steppia

At Steppia, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.


1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Exchange Reasons Accepted:

  • Size issue

  • Wrong article received

  • Manufacturing defect


2. Refund Policy

Steppia does not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered and exchange is not possible

In such cases, the refund will be issued in the form of:

  • Store credit, or

  • Bank transfer (after approval)


3. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or special discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with exchanges or refunds


4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and product images

  3. Once approved, you will be guided through the exchange process


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

  • Steppia will cover the shipping cost for replacement items in approved cases


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for exchange only

  • Refunds are not available for COD orders unless approved under special circumstances


7. Product Condition Check

All returned items go through a quality inspection.
If the product does not meet our return conditions, the exchange or refund request may be declined.


8. Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that actual product colors may slightly vary due to:

  • Screen resolution

  • Lighting conditions during photography

Such variations are not considered defects.
